If the balance on the wallet address is still at 0.00 for more than 60 minutes after the exchange process has been completed, please contact our support.

Wady Crypto voucher cards are available from $25 to $500 in authorized retail stores. Due to regulatory requirements, the exchange amount and the number of card activations are limited per individual. An exchange limit and security check is carried out during the card activation price.
